How can I rebook or cancel my ticket?
You can easily choose a new day and time for your ticket. We explain how that works here.
Have you bought a ticket directly from the Madurodam website?
Then the following rules apply:
- Have you bought a day ticket with a variable price?
Then rebooking is not possible. It is allowed to cancel your ticket up to 14 days after purchase and to place a new order. You can also cancel your ticket (s) via the button below.
- Have you bought another fixed price ticket such as a family ticket?
Then rebooking and cancellation are both possible. Via the button below you can easily cancel or rebook.
The term of a maximum of 14 days after purchase applies to cancellation. That is the legal trial period.
To cancel or rebook, click on the button below and scroll down a little on the page. Enter your details and your request will be processed immediately.
Have you bought a ticket from another provider such as Tiqets or Viator?
Then the process is as follows:
- You want to rebook or cancel your ticket
Please contact the reseller's customer service for this. In most cases they will cancel your existing tickets and place a new order for you with the correct day and time. You will then receive new tickets. The old tickets will expire and are no longer scannable.
