Madurodam Children’s Fund
Madurodam was set up as a theme park, a living monument to the war hero George Maduro and a fundraiser for charities. Since 1952, Madurodam has been donating its revenue, between 600,000 and 1 million euro per year, to charities for children. We are always looking for projects that are good for children in the Netherlands and the Dutch Caribbean. The projects must meet the following requirements:
- The project has a positive image. After all, we are a cheerful park.
- The project is a charity that is focused on children living in the Netherlands and/or the Dutch Caribbean.
- The target group for the major projects is children between the ages of four and twelve. For smaller projects, there is a maximum age of 18.
